Refund/Return Policy
At Sound of Roses, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase you make. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help you with a simple and straightforward return or exchange process.
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and still has the original tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items such as underwear, swimwear, or earrings unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at Customer@soundofroses.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item(s).
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred size or color is no longer available, we will issue a full refund instead.
